• When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped twice weekly, usually on a Tuesday and a Friday. Orders can take anywhere from 1-14 days, or more depending on your location in the world. 

• What is sizing like for STREETMEDIA Clothing?

Our clothing and accessories are sized for Adults unless stated otherwise. 

We can provide size guides and measurements upon request. Please get in touch via the contact form, or through Instagram for this information.

• Does SM offer express shipping?

Yes, UK orders use Royal Mail 24/48 as standard. International orders usually take up to 14 days, with tracked or untracked options. 

•  I have a special request for my order, what can I do?

Put your request in the order notes and we will see what we can do...

• What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via PayPal, or via Stripe using any major credit or debit cards.
